- You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
- You are responsible for keeping payment information current

- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

- No refunds for partial billing periods

- Your User Content
- Any products or services purchased through the Services
12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Following the account closure process in your settings
- Contacting our support team
- Ceasing to use the Services
12.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment of fees
- Prolonged inactivity
- As required by law
12.3 Effect of Termination
- Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately
- We may delete your account and User Content after 90 days
- You remain liable for all charges incurred before termination

How AI Recipe Generation Works:
Flavor Forge uses Claude Sonnet 4.5, a Large Language Model (LLM) from Anthropic, to generate recipes based on your ingredients. AI-generated recipes are NOT reviewed by:
- Professional chefs
- Nutritionists or dietitians
- Food safety experts
- Any human quality control staff
Food Safety Limitations:
CRITICAL: AI may generate recipes with serious food safety errors, including but not limited to:
- Unsafe cooking temperatures for meat, poultry, or seafood (risk of food poisoning)
- Incorrect cooking times that may leave food undercooked or unsafe
- Dangerous ingredient combinations that may create harmful chemical reactions
- Unsafe preserving/canning methods (risk of botulism and serious illness)
- Inadequate pH levels for preserved foods (below 4.6 required)
- Missing allergen warnings or cross-contamination risks
- Incorrect ingredient quantities (too much salt, leavening, etc.)
- Unsuitable cooking methods for specific ingredients
